Pass Through Terms

Customer shall not copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract any or all of the source code of the Cloud Services (except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law); (b) use the Cloud Services for activities such as the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Cloud Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.; (c) sublicense, resell, or distribute any or all of the Cloud Services; (d) create multiple web or other applications created using the Cloud Services; Cloud Services accounts; or groupings of computing, storage, and API resources in order to simulate or act as a single version of the same or otherwise access the Cloud Services in a manner intended to avoid incurring Pass Through Fees; (e) unless otherwise stated in the Service Specific Terms (defined below), use the Cloud Services to place calls or to receive calls from any public switched telephone network; or (f) process or store any Customer Data that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations maintained by the Department of State.
